Messenger Immigration, LLC is a boutique law firm exclusively practicing U.S. Immigration Law.  The practice focuses on working with clients to obtain temporary employment based visas.  The most common visas we work with include:

• H-1B: For Workers in a Specialty Occupation;
• L-1: This visa category is available for Intra-company Transferees.   It is available for Executives, Managers and Workers with Specialized Knowledge.  It is also available for individuals in these categories to form a new office in the United States;
• TN: The NAFTA treaty created a unique benefit for workers from Canada and Mexico to obtain work authorization to work in the U.S;
• O-1: For Foreign Nationals who have Extraordinary Ability;
• J-1: This category is available for different cultural exchanges.

In addition, the firm represents clients to obtain Permanent Residency based on a relationship to a qualifying U.S. citizen or Permanent Residency based on an employer.  The firm also works with investors to obtain Permanent Residency through a qualifying investment.

Finally, we work with U.S. Permanent Residents to apply for U.S. Citizenship (i.e., Naturalization).
